Although this is an American band, there's a Danish touch to it. The lead singer - Mike Tramp - is Danish. Born in Copenhagen/Denmark and his real name is Michael Trampenau. He had his first success as part of the youth group 'Vesterbros Ungdomsgård' - school children, who made records and became quite popular in Denmark in the 70's. Later on he became the lead singer in the Danish band 'Mabel'.
